-got two highway exit Ayer Keroh toll and Jasin (Both Plus Highway).

-around 10 minutes +- education centre to Kolej Professional Mara (KPM) Ayer Molek, Politeknik Merlimau, Uitm Kampus Jasin, Akademik JPJ Ayer Molek Melaka.

-10 minutes +- to Kolam Air Panas Jasin, Iman Rabbit Farm, durian orchad.

-10 minutes +- to Mydin Mall Jasin and other shoplots (strategic at centre location can go to Tambak Paya Harmoni, Ayer Molek, Jasin and Merlimau)

-15 minutes drive to Pantai Siring Melaka - goreng tepung, 40 minutes to Pantai Klebang, 50 minutes to Pantai Puteri.
